As requested we will be dispatching one of our Overseers to investigate a matter at Coldridge Prison. From this point on no one else should enter the area where the event has taken place and precautions should be taken to reduce exposure. Any witnesses should be made available for questioning. We trust that every courtesy will be observed when our brother arrives at Coldridge.
