Privacy Policy

The Void Archive (dishonoreddb.wiki) stores the information needed for sign-in, saved plans and player contributions. This page describes the data used by those features.
For questions about your information or an account request, contact [email protected].
Accounts and saved plans
Signing in provides an account identifier and, where the provider supplies them, a display name, email address and profile image. The account screen offers Google, Discord, Steam and Twitch sign-in. A session cookie keeps you signed in. Twitch access and refresh tokens are encrypted on the server for the required grant checks.
Rune selections, crafted bonecharms and pickup progress stay in your browser until you choose to save them to your account. Account copies are linked to your account and are not published as community posts. Removing an account plan preserves a revision record so a stale request cannot recreate it.
Comments, corrections and ratings
Published comments and approved corrections show their text, your display name and the date. Do not include information you do not want other visitors to read. Your email address and sign-in identifier are not included in public discussion responses. A correction awaiting review is visible to its author and the site moderators, not other visitors.
You can remove your own post. Its text and display name are cleared from the discussion record; a removed-post marker can remain when another player has replied. Account-linked request receipts and moderation records are retained to prevent duplicate submissions, enforce ownership and record review decisions.
Page ratings keep one current choice per account and page. Visitors see the totals, not the identities of other voters. Changing or clearing your choice updates those totals.
Screenshots
A screenshot you send is linked to your account and the page you chose. Before approval, only you and site moderators can read the image. Approved screenshots show the image, its description, your display name and submission date to other visitors. Only upload images you are comfortable sharing publicly.
Images are converted to a still WebP image. Embedded file metadata and the original filename are not retained with the converted image. A description or personal information visible within the picture itself is not removed by that conversion.
Removing a screenshot, or a moderator rejecting it, stops subsequent image requests from receiving it and clears the image from the active record. An image already seen or saved by a visitor cannot be recalled. Account-linked admission and review records remain so retries cannot recreate a removed upload or reset the daily limit. Storage backups may retain earlier records; removal does not promise physical erasure from every storage copy.
Browser preferences
Browser storage keeps tool plans, pickup marks, the last successful sign-in provider and your explicit choice to collapse or reopen the homepage introduction. Clearing browser storage removes those local copies; account copies are separate.
Traffic measurement
The public website uses PostHog to measure page visits and interactions. Its browser software can use cookies and local storage to associate visits with a browser. It is configured to send events to PostHog's US service. Discussion forms and moderation content are marked to be excluded from automatic capture.
