Mission clues

Abigail Ames is an agent for the rival Ramsey Slaughterhouse, with a mission to infiltrate and sabotage Rothwild’s operation.

In the meat locker area is a makeshift interrogation chair used to coerce workers and learn their secrets.

You discovered an old scrap of paper with the numbers seven, two and eight written on it.

An empty crate, fitted for live cargo, is going to be shipped away soon.

As a result of your bribe, the alarm system has been disabled and there will be no alert if you begin turning on pressure valves in the refinery area.

Granny Rags has written down various rituals and formulas to produce items of power.

The whale butchers use a powerful saw that slices up flesh in seconds. It can also fire projectiles for carving hard to reach whale parts. The butchers are devastatingly adept at handling these blades.

Barrister Arnold Timsh named a new whaling ship after a painter named Delilah, who captivated him. Then, in an odd panic, he threw her out and rid himself of all links to her.

Anton Sokolov has donated Arc Mines to Bundry Rothwild. Rothwild allows Sokolov to study whales in the slaughterhouse, and sometimes the favor is returned in the form of designs for prototype tools.

Workers in the Rothwild Slaughterhouse have rebelled against their boss and refuse to work until their conditions are improved. Except for the Butchers, who remain on the job.

If enough electrical power is applied, the captive whale can be put down in an instant.

Narration

Daud

For six months the city writhed and changed. For six months I tried to forget what I'd done to the Empress and her little girl. But there was no forgetting. I needed to find my next move, but all I had was that name: Delilah. Who was she? A threat or an ally? Word came from my second in command, Billie Lurk. In a house built on secrets, Lurk was especially good at uncovering them. There was a ship called The Delilah that hunted whales for Bundry Rothwild, a former deck hand who'd made good. Now he owned a slaughterhouse and he ran his workers like a prison gang. A ship named Delilah - it could be a coincidence, but it's not. In Dunwall, things are always tangled up like a bag of snakes.
