I, Barrister Arnold Timsh, agree to the sale of the good whaling ship 'Delilah' to Rothwild Whaling Industries, Inc. All responsibility for the ownership and operation of the vessel are transferred to Rothwild, and all responsibilities under the Shipping and Maritime Codes of the Empire transfer to the new owner. Barrister Timsh is hereby absolved of any claims held against the vessel. The subsequent disposition of the Delilah's officers and crew are at the discretion of Rothwild Whaling Industries. Copies of this agreement are held by both parties and placed on file in the Office of Whaling Oversight in Dunwall.
